Yes. Cop Slots appears to be closed to players. On 6 November 2026, every page we tried on copslots.com returned the same notice, titled "The Site is now closed!". It says the site has had to close, and asks players to contact customer service for help with queries and withdrawals.
What the evidence shows
| Source | What it says | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| copslots.com | Closure notice on every page we requested, with no games or sign-up form | 6 November 2026 |
| Closure notice | Support address [email protected], and an invitation to join rainbowspins.com | 6 November 2026 |
| UK Gambling Commission domain list | www.copslots.com listed as Inactive under account 39175 | File dated 2 November 2026 |
| Same register | Jumpman Gaming Limited still holds active remote casino and bingo licences | File dated 2 November 2026 |
The domain's status and the licence holder's status are different things. The operator's licence is still active, so the company is still regulated, and it remains responsible for handling your account.
Why did it close?
The notice gives no reason and no closing date, and we found no statement from the operator explaining it. We will not guess. If you read a specific reason elsewhere, ask for the source.
What to do if you had an account
- Email [email protected] from the address registered on your account, including your username.
- Ask about any balance and request a withdrawal. Our balance guide lists what to include.
- Keep your records: deposit receipts, bank statements and any emails from Cop Slots.
- Escalate if needed. The operator's sister brands direct complaints to [email protected].
Be careful with "Cop Slots" offers online
Pages may still advertise Cop Slots bonuses, codes or apps because they have not been updated. Earlier versions of this very site did so too, and we have corrected them. Treat any page promising a live Cop Slots welcome bonus with suspicion, and never give your login details or card number to a site claiming to restore your account. Any message about a refund should come from the operator, and you can confirm it by writing to the support address above.
Can you still play somewhere else?
The closure notice invites players to join Rainbow Spins, another Jumpman brand. There is no obligation to do so, and a closed casino is also a natural point to stop and consider whether you want to keep playing. If you do continue, our Rainbow Spins page sets out its terms.

Closure FAQ
Is Cop Slots shut down permanently?
The notice says the site "has had to close" and gives no return date. We would treat it as closed unless the operator says otherwise.
Is my money gone?
The notice says customer service will help with withdrawals, and the operator remains licensed. Contact support to confirm your balance. We cannot see accounts or guarantee an outcome.
Was Cop Slots a real casino?
Yes. The domain appears under Jumpman Gaming Limited's account on the Gambling Commission's register, now with Inactive status.
