Cop Slots online casino: what happened
Cop Slots was an online casino brand run by Jumpman Gaming Limited. When we checked on 6 November 2026, every page of copslots.com showed the same notice: the site has had to close, and players should contact customer service for help with queries and withdrawals. The UK Gambling Commission's register file of 2 November 2026 lists the domain as Inactive.
The notice gives no reason and no date. The operator itself still holds an active licence in Great Britain, so it remains regulated. Read more on our closure page.
Earlier versions of this page presented Cop Slots as an open casino, with bonus figures and a personal account that we could not verify. We have removed them, and we apologise for any confusion.
Accounts and withdrawals
If you had an account, you cannot log in any more, but that does not end your rights. Email the operator from your registered address with these details:
- your username, full name and registered address;
- the balance you believe you have;
- the payment method you want the funds sent to.
Do not send your password or a full card number. If the issue is not resolved within eight weeks of a complaint, you can use the operator's approved dispute resolution provider, which is free. Our balance guide has the full steps. See also our login page.
Is there still a Cop Slots bonus?
No. A closed casino cannot offer a welcome bonus, free spins, cashback or promo codes, so any page advertising them is out of date. Older pages also quoted wagering well above the 10 times cap that has applied to GB-licensed operators since 19 January 2026. Our bonus page explains the current rules.
The closure notice invites players to join Rainbow Spins, another Jumpman brand. You do not have to, and its terms are its own. We set them out on our Rainbow Spins page.
A closure is a good moment to stop and think about whether you want to keep playing. Free support is available on 0808 8020 133.
Is Cop Slots safe and legit?
The domain sat under a licensed operator, so the evidence points to a real brand that has closed, not a scam. It is not safe to deposit anywhere that uses the name today, because there is no working Cop Slots casino to pay into. Check any site on the Gambling Commission public register. See our licence check for details, and our Cop Slots review for our wider view.
Cop Slots app and mobile casino
There is no working Cop Slots casino app or mobile site. We found no official app listing, and the site shows only the closure notice on any device. Do not install files or profiles that carry the name. More on our mobile app page.
Slots and betting
You can no longer play at Cop Slots, and we cannot list its old lobby. Do not confuse the casino with Cop the Lot, which is a slot game title. We saw no sign of a sportsbook: the operator's licence entry covers casino and bingo. See games and betting.
Payments and deposits
Do not try to make a Cop Slots deposit, as there is no cashier. If someone asks for a payment or a fee to release your funds, treat it as a warning sign and contact the operator yourself. See our deposit page.
Summary for UK players
Cop Slots is closed. If you are owed money, write to the operator now and keep your records. If you want to play elsewhere, choose a site listed as Active or White Label on the register, read the significant terms, and set a deposit limit first. If you would rather stop, these free tools can help. You can also compare other brands on our sister sites page.
